I became a Realtor in Feb. 2017 while I was working full-time as a 7 th grade math teacher. Being a Realtor and investor became my new full-time profession in May of 2018. Spending time with my wonderful children, Matthew and Mary and the love of my life, Jackie, is what fuels me to be an effective Realtor.
Real estate allows me to meet and get to know so many different people. It requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness when the unexpected arises. My goal for clients is to make the buying or selling of a personal or investment property as seamless as possible.
It’s important to me to be very accessible and an effective communicator. I don’t want there to be anything that is cloudy or just assume that we are on the same page because that’s when issues occur. Staying up to date on the trends and technology impacting real estate is essential for finding the best deals when buying and getting the best price when selling your home.
As a Realtor, I have helped numerous clients buy investment and non-investment properties. I specialize in working with people who are looking to buy or sell investment properties whether it be buy-and-hold or fix-and-flipping. I’m very detailed and will gladly help you analyze the deal to forecast the potential returns/profits to expect. Being able to help more and more people buy or sell their personal home is something I want to be known for as well.
Devotion to God and my family are my everything in life. I know teaching will always be a part of my life in some form. Occasionally, I play table tennis competitively and I’ll play any recreational sport for exercise. Reading books that help me become a better husband, father, and entrepreneur are always fun.
