Kelli Dillard and Vanita Sansom began their careers in the real estate world in 2002 and joined forces as business partners in 2005. We ventured out or as some would say…”jumped off the cliff” to start their own real estate company September 9, 2011 when everyone was saying it wasn’t a good time to start your own business, especially the voices coming from the media. No regrets here for Kelli and Vanita. It has been an exciting journey for these two very independent, hard working women.

Kelli brings to the table her experience in computer programing. She graduated from Troy University in 1996 and has worked with computers for 15 years. Kelli was born and raised in the quaint little town of Hartford, Alabama, where she grew up on a farm and enjoyed the small town family atmosphere and the secret adventures that comes with the territory. Her off time is spent with her parents and 2 nieces on a hundred acre farm with the original farm house that was built in 1908. Her strengths are organization, research and “getting to the point” and a genuine desire to help people.
Vanita’s degree from Troy University in 1980 in accounting and business has greatly enhanced her real estate skills. Orginally from Atlanta(Stone Mountain, Gal) Vanita moved to Dothan, where she married, finished college and raised 4 children. She is proud of the fact that she home taught her children for over 10 years, putting her career on hold but still working part time in Tax accounting. She says she became skilled in negotiating and conflict resolution while raising her kids. Her strengths are her creativity, networking, leadership and that same desire to help people.
The goal of the Dothan Real Estate Team is to be a resource of information, a friend and confidant to the consumer to help them make informed decisions about purchasing real estate. A recent quote says it all…”We don’t give perfect advice, but we give excellent advice”.

Aubrey Tilson
I started working in real estate in 2002 as an assistant for my father who is also a Realtor. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005 in Tennessee and am now licensed in MS and AL as well. I love working with both buyers and sellers, and also have experience and training in New Home Sales. As part of my extensive new home sales experience, I was in charge of plan review & approval, interior and exterior home selections, and keeping buyers up to date on every part of the construction and home-buying process. My wonderful husband Jon and I settled in Dothan four years ago and have fallen in love with lower Alabama. We have two Children, Harper and Brodie. We love to travel, kayak, snow ski, but any quality family time is always fun! We attend Wiregrass Church on W. Main St. in downtown Dothan. Our favorite thing about our life in Dothan is the sense of community we feel in our own neighborhood and throughout the entire Wiregrass area. It is important to me to help every buyer I work with find the perfect home that fits their life, whether you are new to the area or simply moving to a new neighborhood. It is my job to make the stress-free for everyone I work with, including both clients and fellow Realtors. Lastly and most importantly, I will have Christ as the center of my life, home, and career.
